An association inspired by cultural identity and tradition

Who we are
Udruga za promicanje i zaštitu kulturnih i tradicijskih vrijednosti "Lug-Poljica" is a nonprofit association whose identity centres on the promotion and protection of cultural and traditional values in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- 02
Our background
The association grew from a shared wish among community members to keep local customs, memories and knowledge alive, and to pass them on with care to those who come after us.
- 03
Our purpose
We encourage cultural awareness, heritage preservation, community participation and the sharing of traditional knowledge between generations.
- 04
Our identity
Our logo — an oak rooted in the land, framed by woven ornament — speaks for us: deep roots, a living tree, and a community that grows together.
- 05
Our commitment
We act with respect, honesty and transparency, working within our approved objectives and the laws that govern associations.
